Question:     What can be private labeled?

Answer:        K-Max can private label any supplement sold in today's health food stores. We can also provide private labeling for virtually any custom formulations.

Question:     How much does private labeling cost?

Answer:       The average private label order ranges from $3.50 to $4.50 per bottle for 60 supplements. K-Max can accommodate larger or smaller quantities per bottle. Your final price will include the supplement, bottle, cap, liner, seal, label application, box and packaging. Pricing does not include the cost for label printing. You may either provide K-Max with your label, which we will apply at no charge, or K-Max will have your custom label designed and printed at an average cost of $600 per 5000 labels.

Question:     What is the average lead time for order completion?

Answer:        It takes two to three weeks for in-stock items and four to six weeks to complete custom formulation orders. However, many times, we finished within 1 week of time when raw material is in stock.

Question:     What is the minimum order?

Answer:        K-Max requires a 3,000 bottles minimum for most orders.

Question:     How do I get started?

Answer:        K-max will require a 50% deposit on the order to begin the process. The remaining balance is due upon order completion before shipment. In addition, we require 100% of the label cost to be paid upfront.
