1. K-Max REFUND GUARANTEE - K-Max offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases under the following conditions:

• All products must be returned in new condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required from K-Max and it need to be on every return box.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return product.
• Product returns connot be accepted after 30-days under any circumstances.

2. Product Return Procedure

• To return a product based upon K-max replacement/return guarantee, you must e-mail or fax to K-Max and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). K-Max will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by K-Max. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the return product.
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to K-Max. Customer agrees to use only reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees o bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
• K-Max will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, K-Max will ONLY assess an 10% restocking fee against the Customer's account on refund items.

Payment Terms; Orders:

An order is not binding upon K-Max until it is accepted; K-Max must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, wire transfer, or some other method prearranged with K-Max. You agree to pay the amounts) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Shipping Charges:

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the K-Max invoice. As of now, K-Max are offering a table rate of which starting from $6.95 for total invoice amount up to $100, an order that is over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING (within the U.S.). Currently, K-Max only ship our products via UPS, and it usually takes up to 2-5 business days for a product to arrive at your destination point, except special request which will alter the shipping price. For international orders, your shipping charge will be base on the total weight of your order. We ship our international order via United Stated Postal Service EMS mail, and it usually takes around 5 business days to arrive.

Title; Risk of Loss:

K-Max will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. K-Max reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until the receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow K-max to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit K-Max to protect its purchase money security interest.
